Description Detail from an early 1900 French fabric, this lovely toile is a fine example of the romantic Toiles produced in the 1920’s. Finish for your needlepoint canvases and threads, but don’t let us stop you if you wish to use it as a Weekend Getaway Bag. Kit is the larger sized (smaller is for threads only) and includes one canvas measuring 28″ x 20″ of which 14″ x 11″ is the stitching area on each side, all the necessary silk threads to complete. Available as 14, 16 or 18 mesh. Please indicate your meshpreference in the Notes section at Checkout. If no preference is provided, we will send the 18 mesh canvas. The striped bag in the photo below is a representation of the Needlepoint Travel Bag; a take on the wonderful soft knitting bags with wood handles.
