Description Inspired from old Chinese fabric in the Arts Nouveau style, our Butterfly Weekender will make an extraordinary carry on bag, weekender bag or use everyday! Looks lovely with silk threads which we are happy to select and add to complete the 18″ x 30″ 14 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We show it as a finished “carpet” bag or “weekend” travel bag – the full canvas is folded in half lined with a material of your choice and handles of your choice (long leather straps ideal). However, you can use it for whatever purpose you wish. We are happy to select appropriate wool or silk threads to help complete. If you want to finish it as a travel bag, the leather straps are available at Art Needlepoint or you can supply your own. We will be happy to send instructions on how to complete yourself when you purchase the canvas and threads. Alternately, we can find a finisher for you or you can send the finished canvas to us and we will have it put together as a bag for you.
