Madeleine Millington works principally with old woollen blankets, which she dyes in bright contemporary colours and which she sees as a form of recycling. She then stitches and embellishes all the pieces of her unusual and sometimes naïve collages and appliqués by hand. We love the image in merino wool or silk threads, and will be happy to select and add appropriate colors to help complete this 12″ x 12″ mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
