Magi Detail of Landscape around Florence by Benozzo Gozzoli

Description Michelozzo di Bartolommeo, the architect of the di  Medici’s new palace on Via Larga, designed a rectangular room in the interior part of the palace to serve as the family’s chapel.  The frescoes painted on the walls of the chapel are by Benozzo Gozzoli referred to as The Chapel of the Magi.  This landscape is one detail of this magnificent fresco, measuring 14″ x 16″ available on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.  We are happy to select and add appropriate colors of wool or silk fibers to help complete.
