Description Needlepoint by Louis Valtat is a wonderful tribute to what we love best – art and needlepoint! Valtat was a French painter associated with the Fauves and was noted as a key figure in the stylistic transition from Monet to Matisse. We love his use of color and endearing composition of Needlepoint. Measures 12″ x 14.5″ as the smallest of several sizes. Fun to stitch with all tent stitches or inquire and we can suggest some decorative stitches for certain areas. Available on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are partial to easy to use pretty silk threads, and will be happy to select and add appropriate colors in merino wool or silk threads.
