Description 45 Long Colt 410 Barrel Liners Rifled and also Chambered for 45 Long Colt & 410 All the liners we sell have been tested and can withstand the pressure of the round they are chambered for standalone. 45 Long Colt 410 Barrel Liner Specifications: Outside Diameter Details .620″ for 5.5″ Liners .645″ for 10″, 18″ and 28″ (Liners 10″ and longer have not been turned) Chambered for 45 Caliber Long Colt also 410 3″ Shotgun Shells. Rifled dimensions for the 45 Caliber Barrel Liners are .451″/.445″ with 6 lands and .145″ wide. All 45 Caliber Barrel Liners have a twist rate of 1-12.” All of our barrel liners are also Crowned. We do not recommend Re-Chambering for a different round, for instance, changing ACP to LC. Button-rifled! Made for people who would like to restore accuracy to older guns with rusted, pitted or just worn out barrels. To install, first drill out existing rifling with a drill a little larger than the liner you are installing. For best results, we would recommend grinding or having someone grind a pilot on the drill about the size of the current rifling because this will keep it centered better , then solder the Barrel Liner in place. Or you can also use JB Weld or Acraglas gel because we have had many customers say they worked well. Because we are not gunsmiths, these are just suggestions based on what we have learned over the years and from the nice people that we have come in contact with. A skilled gunsmith with proper tools should be able to install these with no problem. Some might consider using our barrel liners for your barrel applications such as custom builds. WARNING: Our Gun barrel liners are made and tested for the rounds they are chambered for. Only use with the specified rounds. It is dangerous to chamber these gun barrel liners in other calibers and can cause serious bodily injury.
