What determines the size of the label needed for my project, and what color should I use for my racking system? What determines the Flue Space Labels size is the type of product you store in your pallet racks and how it is packaged. Your High Piled Permit Consultant should have advised you of the sizes and configuration needed. At times it can be multiple configurations. But in case they forgot, give us a call, and we will walk you through the process. For example, at times, it could be a combination of 3-inch and 6-inch labels or something as simple as two 3-Inch labels.  Thus, the California Fire Code calls for a label or yellow tape with red fonts that read “KEEP CLEAR,” these labels work for almost any color step beams; unless you have yellow beams, then you will need the red background “Keep Clear” Flue Space Labels for your project. Our labels are printed on Heavy-Duty Bumper Sticker quality stock that lasts and is weather-resistant because it’s UV coated. DO YOUR LABELS STICK TO STRUCTURAL PALLET RACKS?YES! Structural pallet racks are different from rolled formed (Tear Drop) style. Since the paint on roll-formed beams is powder-coated regular adhesive labels will work. But when it comes to structural pallet racks, the manufacturers use hi-gloss oil-based paint, making it hard for standard adhesive labels to stick. Therefore we had to formulate the adhesive on the Flue Space Labels to adhere to oil-based paint. We also carry a Flue Space Label sized to fit 4-Inch C-Channel pallet rack beams.  WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON ONLINE ORDERS AND BULK PURCHASE?SMALL ORDERS We usually have a few thousand labels in stock, ready to fulfill all small orders that come through the website. Upon payment, we will process your order in the received order. If your order is placed the night before, it will ship the following business day. If your order comes in before 3:00 pm the day of, it ships the same day. Once we ship your labels, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible if your mail courier is delayed. If your order is local, we can deliver the labels to you the same day or the next business day for a nominal fee. The cut-off time for us to deliver locally is 8:30 am. BULK  ORDERS There is a seven-business-day lead time for Larger orders of 30 thousand flue space labels or more unless you pay an expedite fee for faster processing.
