The best parts of these drills are the support hand shooting. We don’t do this enough but these drills pushes you out of your comfort zone. There’s not a lot of detail instruction as to body dynamics and stance for support hand shooting. There are good demonstrations and discussions for using the barrier for support. The advance drills include malfunction clearing with one hand. The retention positions segment is excellent. The concealment segment includes appendix carry and deploying inside the car.
