How to use Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is applied using an ear dispensing device specially designed for use in the external ear canal. If you wear hearing aids, they must be removed before use. Before using the spray, assemble the ear dispensing device with the bottle by applying slight pressure. Before each application, spray repeatedly away from the ear until the liquid begins to come out. To use, tilt the head so the affected ear is facing upwards and gently pull the ear backwards. Place the ear dispensing device into the external ear canal, taking particular care with children under 9 years old, then press the device as directed for the correct dosage. Keep the head tilted for around 2 minutes. Afterwards, turn the head in the opposite direction to allow the liquid to drain, using a clean tissue to catch any excess.
