Can also be used during pregnancy and by those breastfeeding. How to use Use the drops by tilting your head to one side so the affected ear is facing upwards. Hold the nozzle just above the ear without touching it or inserting it into the ear canal, then gently squeeze 2 to 3 drops into the ear. Massage around the outside of the ear and keep your head tilted for a few minutes so the drops can reach the ear drum. If needed, lightly place cotton wool in the ear to help prevent leakage. When ready to remove the oil, tilt your head so the ear is facing downwards and allow it to drain out, then gently wipe away any residue from the outside of the ear. Clean the dropper with fresh cotton wool after use. The drops should be used twice daily for up to 7 days, and can also be used once a week to help prevent the build up of ear wax.
