Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 12 months to gain complexity.This is a true artisan Pinot Noir, elegant and soft with red fruit flavours and well balanced acidity. Great any time but particularly good with the turkey!This is a poor photoshopped image – the wine is in a very impressive heavyweight dumpy bottle and looks fantastic (makes a great gift!)
