Cava Expression Brut Reserva 2021 Dominio de la Vega

Variety 100% Macabeo from the La Vega vineyard, harvested by hand then hand sorted to select only the best grapes. Being a Cava it is produced via the traditional (Champagne) method of secondary fermentation in bottle. The resultant wine was aged on the lees in bottle for a minimum of 18 months qualifying it for “Reserva” status, which means creamier, fuller and more integrated in style – more the richer “Champagne” style than Prosecco.This wine is an excellent alternative to Champagne and great value.
