A blend of Macabeo and Xarel Lo from selected individual vineyards at altitude. Hand sorted etc and only the free run juice is used. Being a Reserva it has a minimum of 18 months bottle age, and being Brut Nature the tirage doesn’t have added sugar so this wine is fully fermented to result in a drier style on the finish..
